Meredith and Steve Prange have lived in the area for over 20 years, and have fond memories of this location, whether it was for dinner or to have a drink and snack at the bar after a hike with their dogs on the AT.
Their goal is to maintain the rustic and outdoorsy feeling, and to offer great food and drinks to everyone – which includes the locals from the area, the weekend visitors enjoying this beautiful country side, the many commuters that pass through, and of course the hikers! The goal is to provide american comfort food that will keep you coming back for more.
Josh brings to the table a wealth of knowledge and expertise to ensure that we deliver the highest quality service to our guests while creating a relaxing and enjoyable experience. Josh’s diverse professional background, creativity, and focus on local and fresh ingredients makes him a perfect fit for our team and vision. His past roles included lead contributor for the design of the bar and creation of the cocktail menus for Notch, Top Cut Steak House, Hudson Hill in Denver CO, and Assistant General Manager at the LoHi Steak Bar in Denver CO. Josh holds many certifications and awards in the area of bartending and leadership development, and was featured in Lehigh Valley Style magazine in August 2019.
